This deposit agreement will have to be either mailed with the deposit or faxed to me at the time of the deposit.

!!! ATTENTION !!!

Please do not ask us to come "look" at our puppies unless you have made the commitment by making a deposit and you are coming to meet the parents AND pick out your puppy.  Other breeders may not uphold to the same safety, healthy, disease free environment that we insist upon for our puppies and adults.  This is also to protect the puppies that have already been chosen and are going to go to their families.  NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Please make sure you are ready to take care of a puppy before committing to purchase one. Your puppy that you have chosen needs to be paid in full by the age of 6 weeks.  If your puppy has not been paid in full by the age of 6 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited and we will assume you do not want the puppy at that time, the puppy will be relisted for sale. This is a serious commitment and we are very serious about our puppies welfare.

Deposits are usually non-refundable!
 

If you are interested in purchasing a puppy, please contact us for availability. Once we have agreed that the puppy you are interested in IS in fact available, you may send a deposit of $200 to hold that puppy. Once a deposit is received, we will mark your puppy SOLD and the deposit becomes non-refundable. We will accept paypal, cash or postal money orders for your deposit, we will NOT accept personal checks, or cashier's checks for deposits or final payments.  If you are mailing a deposit for a puppy, that puppy will be marked PENDING until your deposit arrives. We will allow 4 business days for the deposit to arrive. Paypal or postal money orders for the full balance must be received at least 5 business days before a puppy is picked up. It takes paypal 5 days to transfer the money into my account. Prices of each puppy DO NOT reflect shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs ($300-$350 for most areas assuming the combined weight of the puppy and crate are under 10 pounds). If paying through PayPal, please remember to add an additional 4% to the price.

Please remember to send or email the deposit agreement with your deposit.  We will not honor the deposit money until we have received the agreement as well.

All puppies that are to be shipped must be paid for in full (including shipping) by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old. Puppies must be picked up no later than 8 weeks and paid in full by 6 weeks "No Exception".
